What I know to be *true* based on my own testing it in real life and using it with my clients:
There are really only 2 emotions and it’s either feeling good or feeling bad (I learned this from Abraham Hicks).
When you feel good you are upward spiraling 🌀
When you feel bad you are downward spiraling 🌀
(In terms of momentum) read this if you really want to grasp what momentum means:
When you self criticize an action it activates the feeling of guilt and shame.
When you feel guilt + shame you activate the downward spiral 🌀
Self criticism in itself doesn’t active downward spirals but the feelings you feel connected to self criticism activates it.
So if you can criticize yourself without any feelings attached then by all means, criticize yourself 😹 but I doubt you can!
When you can hold a feeling of relief - you hold ease in your body and it brings you up naturally 🌀 (again, it’s about the feeling. you have to get yourself to feel relief. words don‘t matter - it’s all about feeling ease).
Sickness is dis-ease ⊙︿⊙
Headaches
Body Pains
Ailments
And so on…
♥︎★ Physical dis-ease happens from dis-ease in your emotional + spiritual body ★♥︎
Dis-ease happens from disconnection to your inner voice.
The most simple knowing to follow (although it doesn’t always make it easy to follow):
1)When you feel good - you are in alignment with what your inner being is thinking about the subject.
2)When you feel bad - you are not thinking the same thoughts as your inner being is thinking about it
And this is why relief work is magic 🪄
🩷༒༛ Example ༛༒🩷
You go out, drink too much, and get drunk.
What most of society does:
1)You drink too much and get drunk.
2)Next day hangxiety comes and which meets you with guilt + shame + why-i-tis: why did I drink so much? What is wrong with me?
3)These feelings (guilt, shame, + whyitis) creates dis-ease in your body leading you to an awful hangover and perpetrates anxiety, un-regulated nervous system (shaky), nausea, headache, ill feelings.
4)These dis-ease-ful feelings takes you out of flow with your day (dis-connection) from your inner self.
ORRRR you stay connected to your inner-being:
1)You drink too much and get drunk.
2)You wake up and catch your thought process first thing in the morning.
3)it’s fine…it’s not that big of a deal…all is well…I am allowed to be messy sometimes…I am human…it’s not the worst thing in the world…I am going to allow today to be a feel good one despite what happened last night…
You find soothing + relief filled thoughts to think.
4)^^^this is creating ease in your body.
5)This naturally lifts your hangover symptoms//makes them way less.
6)You are connected back to flow (inner being connection) which activates more feel good ideas. You have an ok or even good day.
All is actually well.
7)You wake up the next day refreshed + your upward spiral 🌀 continues on.
Because you allowed youreslf to be human and gave yourself grace, the next time you do go out you will be more intentional about what you consume. You will. You will more grounded and balanced which will not lead to over-drinking.
And if you do…repeat the sequence of what your inner being wants you to follow.
For any seemingly “fuck up” you can apply this same sequence. This doesn’t mean be an asshole to others or to not take responsibility but you do need to get your body into a feeling of ease so that dis-ease does not manifest.
The thing is, life is ALWAYS going to happen to you and you will always feel like you make seemingly “bad” mistakes. You have to trust that nothing is ever the wrong decision. You are never going to get it wrong and you are never going to get it right. You just have to keep moving and flowing along with life.
If you are someone who self-criticizes which activates a lot of shame etc I can guarnatee you struggle with migraines or headaches.
You have to keep up with the flow of life 🌊🌊🌊🌊 and BE EASY on yourself 🩷
When you keep up with the flow of life it keeps you attuned to your desires and upward spiraling 🌀 and it keeps good things rolling into your life.
Just because you make an awful decision doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Does that make sense?
God does not see wrong or rightness. This is literally a made up human concept.
It’s like how 🐶 dogs 🐶 (or animals for that matter) do not experience the feeling of guilt. they have no clue what guilt even is. Animals are so naturally attuned to God and so in this present moment.
You have 2 choices:
1)you can be in pain and feel fear - activates downward spiral 🌀
2)you can be in pain and feel hope - activates upward spiral 🌀
Along with any other negative experience…
♡🪽Everything is about your perception 🪽♡
♥︎🪞⏱️ What happens when you hold relief for 17 seconds ⏱️🪞♥︎
You have to actively feel a feeling for 17 seconds and hold that feeling without ANY contradicting voices.
(this is what Abraham Hicks teaches)
This is why I like affirmations so much because I find an affirmation I can actually feel in my body and then repeat it in my mind or out loud. Also you don’t have to do affirmations. you just have to bring your body into a feeling of relief and hold it without a contradiction for at least 17 seconds so the law of attraction picks up in your intended direction.
Every-time I hold the feeling of relief and maintain that feeling in my body, more feel good thoughts flood in. After 17 seconds of holding the feeling of relief, the feeling just becomes easier and easier to hold (law of attraction at work).
and on the other side of this: when you think of a negative thought and start to feel negative feelings around it, it’s like the thoughts get worse and worse and the feelings get worse and worse (also law of attraction at play). so it’s good to nip the feeling in the bud RIGHT when the negative feeling starts to trickle in or your day just starts to become negative mess. When you have a negative thought alone it doesn’t cause too much harm. But once you start to feel those negative feelings attached to it…that’s when the law of attraction picks up speed.
🌀 You cannot go from fear to joy. That is not how momentum works. You just want to reach for the next better feeling…going from fear to anger IS going back up your upward spiral 🌀
When you aim for ♥︎ relief ♥︎ You just naturally bring yourself back up the scale regardless of WHERE you are on the emotional scale. Because you have the ability to reach for relief during any emotion and that is why I believe RELIEF is the magic emotion. It brings you up regardless.
What usually follows during my day of being able to consistently hold relief is:
I will make the most money out of my whole week 💸
I will have the best sex of my life 💕
I will laugh more 😁
my dog listens to me 🐶
my meals taste delicious 🍦
I have practiced maintaining relief THROUGH A LOT OF INTENTIONAL TESTS. When I say I am devoted to living this way, I mean it.
I work as a relationship coach + offer consulting services. It is my DUTY as a coach to be attuned to what I know to be true. I cannot actually help people when I am not helping myself. I only do client sessions when I can actively tune into my personal vortex and connect with my desires because that way I can actually help people back up the emotional scale as well.
I know for certain that when I attune to relief I actually have 10x more compassion for my clients (and people in general).

When I am easy with myself, I am easy with others, and it’s truly a win/win.
I genuinely believe this life is for feeling good, if you aren’t feeling good what is the actual point? When you are on your death bed are you going to be concerned about how hard you worked? Or are you going to be happy that you soaked up every seemingly mundane experience and got the most out of life? I believe RELIEF is the magic emotion, the magic emotion that will get you everything you want out of life.

Love this and needed to read this after a night of rough sleep, which often tends to lead to feeling pretty bad. I’ve personally been trying to practice self-compassion, which I feel also brings me a sense of relief 🥲 ALSO I was at work last week and a few ladies came in saying there were in town for a conference, and apparently it was for Esther Hicks! What a synchronicity 🌀
What if the thing you did or was done to you had such severe consequences to your quality of life and physical health that coming back from the error is extremely difficult? How do you maintain compassion for something that looks like great foolishness or preventable to avoid the intense and seemingly unending suffering?
