You’re never blocked.

The universe is never putting you through a lesson.

You aren’t experiencing karmic debt.

You are not suffering due to some past life experience.

I really wish I would drill these points into everyone lol.

(And let me tell ya…when I shed those beliefs from my own mind my life really took a turn for the best - because I did used to believe in those statements above).

life is not about just manifesting random things like a car or a new pair of jeans…

I mean that’s cute but that is not what life is about.

Life is about learning how to actually activate that flow state (ugh i hate this language and i wish i had better words to explain).

Let me try again.

Life is about building up momentum in every “section” of your life (which is “flow state”).

You can build momentum in any direction you desire - up OR down - positively (up) or negatively (down).

you can speed things up and you can slow things down.

If you are lazy with your thinking you will create downward (negative) spirals.

We are conditioned and programmed to live in fear and worry so again, if you are lazy with what you think about, you will just be on auto-pilot living a life that sorta sucks.

Plane Crashes on the News and how you are being programmed 👾

**you know how that Delta plane went down? And now every other day on the news we are seeing more plane crashes? You know there IS NOT more plane crashes actually happening right? The Delta plane crash got a lot of views so other news stations started reporting all the planet crashes. And now people are afraid to fly. Look at the numbers - nothing has changed. Funny how the news does that huh? 🤔 It’s like…they feed us fear and worry FOR VIEWS! I caught myself feeling anxious around flying…then I looked into it…and nothing has even changed. Again, the news stations are just reporting more on it. So I invite you think in this way…the more you plug your focus on something the more energy and momentum you will bring into your life. So seeing all these plane crashes is bringing in more momentum of fear and worry…programming you to be afraid of flying. Just think about that! Like if you are afraid of flying and this is a relatively new broadcast (like news are hyper focusing it on right now) imagine every other fear or worry you are carrying inside…because it’s just been programmed into you…and it’s not even YOUR fear or worry - it’s a conditioned response to consuming things you wouldn’t want to be consuming if you truly knew who it was affecting you**

🌀 UPWARD spirals 🌀 are about being pulled toward something that is catching your eye and a feeling of…feeling good 🪽

Ok this is how I look at life ~

We all have different “sections” of life.

🏠 Your living situation (where you live, the people you live with)

💒 Your romantic life.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Your family life (parents, relatives)

👯‍♀️ Your social life (friends, online connections)

💸 Your work life (money, your actual work environment - coworkers, boss, hours you work, etc)

🎨 Your creative life (hobbies, art, extra curricular activities)

🏥 Your health (how energized you feel, how attractive you feel, and general well-being)

🌀 YOU ARE MEANT TO BE UP-WARD SPIRALING IN ALL OF THESE AREAS 🌀

*disclaimer* just because you aren’t upward spiraling in all your areas means NOTHING is wrong with you. We HAVE to go through contrast (negative life experience) to get clear around the things we do want. So if you start to look at your life you will start to see patterns ~ negative life experience → causing you to ask for more → negative life experience → causing you to ask for more. But the thing with contrast and knowing what you know about the laws of the universe is that the quality of contrast gets better. So maybe your contrast used to be your now ex-boyfriend cheating on you and you feeling extremely hurt and betrayed and now with your new boyfriend it’s bickering around who is going to do the dishes.

OR you learn how to perceive things in a new light so it’s not as hurtful. Like maybe getting cheated on in the past was the worst feeling you could ever experience and maybe now if you get cheated on you know it has nothing to do with you and you are still worthy of love and being cheated on will match you up with the person you are truly meant to be with.

like life is ALWAYS going to happen but the way we perceive life is meant to shift and feel better on our nervous system.

All that to say: negative life experiences are always going to happen but your perception around these experiences are meant to grow into a more light hearted view point. Taking life not so serious and being more easy with the way you view things.

I like to look at life in a simple way…

You are either

  1. downward spiraling

  2. neutral (which is never neutral because you are either slowing momentum or about to pick up momentum so you feel in that middle space)

  3. upward spiraling

trust me when I say it’s not about doing more work on yourself. it’s about following feel good feelings. seriously trust me 😭 i used to be a self help addict ok? and being in that space didn’t get me shit!

shadow work is ONLY useful if you are someone who can see the pattern and shift quickly. the issue with shadow work is people look at their patterns and then dig dig dig into the “why” things are happening and then the downward spiral picks up speed because that is where your focus is.

How I see it is, you are meant to see the pattern, and then just use that data to plug your focus into something else. QUICKLY! You are NOT meant to keep your focus on how you are fucking up lol (unless you want to dig yourself a bigger hole).

What creates an UPward spiral ? 🌀

⭐️ lay down new pipes

you don’t keep thinking about “why something happened” and trying to get your mind to create a solution.

you just train your mind to keep focused over areas of your life that feel good.

let me explain

If your love life is really good but your work life is shit - you ONLY plug your focus into milking 🥛🥛🥛🥛 the good feelings you feel about your love life and you don’t allow your mind to spiral around why your work life is shit.

if you focus on ONE area of your life that feels good you will pick up momentum and create an upward spiral 🌀 and that upward spiral will spill into the other areas of your life and help pick up speed in those areas as well! 🌊

that’s why you usually see people who fall in love and then all this other good stuff starts happening to them! because love is magnetic and feeling “in-love” 💕 brings in more things to feel “in-love” about.

but how can YOU activate that feeling without having to find a mate to put all your focus into?

⭐️ YOU SEEK OUT EVIDENCE OF THINGS GOING RIGHT

ok let’s go back to the example of you feeling in love but your work life is shit.

you 🥛 milk milk milk 🥛 that appreciation of feeling in love 💕

you don’t think about “why” your work life is shit.

but let’s say you go into work and then your boss says something nice to you - TAKE THAT AS EVIDENCE THAT YOUR SPIRAL IS SHIFTING “UP” 🌀

but the moment you condemn it “ugh she’s just being fucking fake”

you shoot 🔫 yourself in the foot and the downward spiral starts to activate.

Honestly that’s it. Allow yourself to think about the good subjects and don’t give any attention to the subjects that don’t feel good. obviously take care of your responsibilities but you don’t need to give it anymore air time.

You create momentum 🌀 activate upward spirals 🌀 by choosing thoughts that feel good and milking 🥛 appreciation and finding evidence of things working out for you.

when you start to contradict yourself you fuck up the momentum.

and that’s when you feel “blocked” or feel no movement.

so again, you are never blocked…you just haven’t actively shifted your momentum with your mind.
